The staff there was very helpful and knowledgeable and the store was very clean and very very well organized. I love that they have a wide selection of products in there. The prices are great and you could also set up automatic mail delivery of whatever products that you want.

BAD BAD customer service! I called to check up on an item, and I was on hold for 20 min. I waited, but someone hung up on me. Went to the store to get my supplements, and the young lady working there was rude. I'm taking my money and business somewhere else.

First I will say I was politely greeted as I walked in. It may seemed small but I don't get everywhere. As I was looking at the Dymatize isolated 100 Vee must asked if I needed some help or had some questions and I was kind of hesitant to ask. Vee joking said I know a little bit I can help you. So I asked and she knew more than a little bit!! Vee not only answered all my questions but after I told her my fitness goals she recommended something else that I had been looking for that I could never find. She went on to ask me about my gut health and what kind of my i drink to better help with my selection. Vee has a great personality and even reater knowledge on all the products in the store. I'll definitely be back to get her insight on my next buy there. Thanks Vee you are the BEST!!
