Charlie was quick and professional with my service. I found them through my insurances roadside assistance after the clutch went out on my vehicle. After setting an appointment with them Charlie called to let me know he was gonna arrive within 15 minutes. I grabbed the keys to my car only to forget the keys I needed for the vehicle that was to be towed. After arriving I let him know of my mistake and Charlie was able to load and unload my vehicle safely. I hope to not have to tow my vehicle again but if I even have to I hope my insurance books me with these guys again. 100% recommend to anyone that needs towing in the valley

During a time of sadness, my day was quickly made from Charlie’s help by having my car towed to a mechanic. Apart from being hilarious, he’s extremely kind and fast paced. I’ve been having my car towed for several months but he’s the first to start up my car and have it properly delivered without a problem. I’m not one to leave reviews but I was told he’d arrive an hour later when in reality he arrived faster than anticipated + delivered my car without a problem in a short amount of time. Highly recommend (along with the rest of the positive reviews this man has) 10/10

I meant to leave this review months ago. My car died during rush hour and I was blocking a lane of traffic. I called Charlie and he was there within 10 minutes. He got my car on his flatbed quickly, efficiently, and calmly. He even took a look at the car once we got it back to my place and recommended a mechanic to look at it. Charlie is helpful, kind, and very fair. I will definitely be calling him in the future when I need a tow. Best towing service I’ve used by far.
