They lie about delivering packages. If you request redelivery, it won't be done.
I had a surprise present sent by My mother that didn't get delivered. I requested redelivery for a month with no signature. They claimed they came multiple times. This is lie, I have a Ring camera and there was never even one attempt; also I had waived the signature so that excuse was also invalid. And I could not pick it up since I worked 2 jobs.
Come to find out, it was an edible gift and they had eaten it.
I found out because she sent My sister the same package and when they refused to re-deliver, to her as well, she called and they tried the same lies; she also had proof they were lying due to her camera and she works from home. One of the actual employees told her he wanted to eat them. That is stealing a package.
They then reported that we both were unresponsive and that they tried to redeliver multiple times and the mailer said to destroy them. So they stole both of our gifts, opened them, ate them, and lied about it.
I went in to speak to a manager about it and dealt with Gladys. She was highly unprofessional, childish, disrespectful, carried a pathetic and disgusting attitude, and refused to get a manager.
When I requested the phone number to make a complaint, she responded in the manner of an 8 year old. She smiled and in a childish voice went, "1-800-fedex." I responded "What is the actual number" 3-4 times to which she continuously kept saying in a childish manner, "1-800-FedEx." Thinking she was cute when she is anything but.
Congrats on employing trashy, thieving people. Gladys should be fired and this entire FedEx center needs to be audited and re-staffed, including the manager that clearly allows all of this.
